SILENT AUCTION COMMITTEE - Volunteers needed!

We are seeking volunteers from all Divisions, Areas, and Clubs to help organize the Silent Auction — a fundraiser that directly supports the District 21 Conference.

COMMITTEE ROLES INCLUDE:

• Contacting local businesses for donations

• Coordinating themed baskets from clubs/divisions

• Tracking items and bids in spreadsheets

• Assisting with setup, bidding, and closing
