June 15, 2026 is the deadline for Club Treasurers to claim their District Bucks.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR DISTRICT BUCKS
As your Club Treasurer, you now have access to Concur to claim your club's District Bucks.
LEADERBOARD: to see how many District Bucks you have earned.
Login on Concur:
- Go to: www.concursolutions.com
- User ID: [8-digit member ID]@toastmasters.org
- Select “SAP Concur Password”
- Select "forgot password": This will send you an email with a link allowing you to update your password and subsequently login

What can you claim: You can claim up to the balance on the leaderboard for any club expense. Invalid expenses are Toastmasteres membership dues, social/parties, Pathways paths, donations to groups or individuals. You can claim expenses for zoom, AV equipment, food & beverage at meetings, promotional materials, social media, printing, promotional items, ribbons, badges, banners etc.
See attached instructions on how to complete the District Bucks reimbursement. If this is too difficult for you, you can also email David Nguyen with your club's expense receipts, the name of the club, where to etransfer the reimbursement and amount you are claiming. It must be a receipt - not an invoice. It needs to show that the expense was paid.
If you are strategic with your efforts, you can claim back hundreds of dollars in reimbursements for your club!
