District Council Meeting (DCM)

This is a mandatory business meeting for all District 21 Council (DC) Members. This includes all Club Presidents, Vice President Education (VPE), Division Directors, Area Directors and CORE Team members of District 21 for the 2026-2027 year. Official voting will take place to pass our District budget, leader appointments and other District business.

Zoom registration is required in advance (direct invitation with Zoom link to register has been sent by the District Director to all DCM members in advance). Attendance for all leaders mentioned is mandatory.
