District 21 Speech Contest 2025-2026
District 21 Speech Contest Timeline 2025-2026
- Club level contests to be held anytime between December 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
- Area level contests to be held anytime between February 1, 2026 to March 15, 2026.
- Division level contests to be held anytime between March 16, 2026 to mid-April.
- District level speech contests will be held on April 17-18, 2026 during the District 21 2026 Annual Conference in-person at the Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport in Richmond, BC, Canada.
NOTE: All contests starting from the Area level and up are to be held in-person.
2025-2026 Speech Contest Rulebook
The Speech Contest Rulebook, in effect from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, features speech contest rules for the International and Tall Tales Speech Contests.
