COT Round 2 (IN-PERSON)
Are you in an active Club Officer Role for the 2025-2026 term? If so, then this Club Officer Training event is for you!
Join us in-person in the afternoon immediately after our Nanaimo Townhall & Awards Event on Sunday November 23, 2025 for COT in-person for training towards your Round 2 COT credits.
Open to all Toastmasters in and outside of District 21 in an active club officer role:
- President
- VP Education
- VP Membership
- VP Public Relations
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Sergeant at Arms
OPTIONAL & ENCOURAGED:
Club Officer assistants and anyone considering to become a club officer in the near future.
Training Format: Corporate All-in-One / 7-in-One
SPECIAL FORMAT: Panel Discussion
All club officers will be in the same virtual training room for the entire session (no breakout rooms).
COT Trainer(s) will deliver lesson plan with broad level overview relevant to all Club Officer roles.
NOTE: Those in multiple Club Officer Roles will receive multiple training credits for all roles by attending this training event.

COST TO ATTEND (**this note updated as of November 7, 2026**):
- Registration is currently available for All-Day Registrations for the Nanaimo Townhall and Awards Event only at $20/per person (includes lunch)
- COT only registrations are not yet available and may be released closer to November 23rd subject to capacity limits
