ALL-DAY AGENDA:

  • Attendees can look forward to a day of leadership learning, speech contest training and networking with fellow Toastmasters
  • Celebrate our District 21 and District 96 peers for their past year of 2024-2025 achievements during our Awards ceremony
  • Club Officer Training (COT) for Round 2 will also be made available during the second half of the event in a 7-in-1 format

  • Speech Contest Training: "Tall Tales and True Skills: Contest & Judging Mastery with 2 District Champions" - led by Devon Downie, DTM and Stefano Cossalter, DTM
  • "Best Strategies and Tips for Growing Toastmasters Clubs" - led by Jim Heeren, DTM and Mark Hurrell, DTM
  • Lunch & Networking
  • Townhall with the District Trio
  • Awards Ceremony for 2024-2025
  •  Round 2 Club Officer Training (COT) All-in-One Format

 

COST TO ATTEND:

  • ALL-DAY ATTENDEE REGISTRATION - ($20 CDN/per person) - AVAILABLE NOW
    • Includes light breakfast as well as lunch will be offered to all-day registered attendees only
    • Includes seating for all sessions for Nanaimo Townhall & Awards as listed above and to be announced as well as Round 2 Club Officer Training (COT).
    • All-day attendees may also submit 1-Powerpoint slide promoting their home Club which will be showcased on screen before & after main agenda sessions as well as during the lunch hour networking sessions.

 

  • CLUB OFFICER TRAINING (COT) ROUND 2 ONLY REGISTRATION (FREE) - ***NOT YET AVAILABLE
    • *** Free registrations to be released closer to Nov 23rd event date and only upon available capacity *** Those looking to secure a seat for in-person COT sessions are encouraged to register for an all-day attendee registration ticket.
      • Does not include any breakfast or lunch
      • Includes seating for COT session in second half of event only
      • No home club promotion on screen
