D21 Voting Judges Training & Round 2 COT

Interested in what it means to be a Voting Judge for our upcoming D21 Speech Contests? Will you be competing in speech contests this year or taking on a Contest Chair role? If so this is the speech contest training session for you!

Led by our District 21 Chief Judge, Devon Downie, DTM, learn the in's-and-out's and best+practices when it comes to judging speech contestants for both International Speech and Tall Tales according to the Speech Contest Rulebook for 2025-2026.

Club Officer Training (COT) Opportunity

Those in an active Club Officer role attending the speech contest training session are welcome to stay afterwards to receive Round 2 COT training.

Training Format: All-in-One / 7-in-One 

• All club officers will be in the same virtual training room for the entire session (no breakout rooms). 
• COT Trainer(s) will deliver lesson plan with broad level overview relevant to all Club Officer roles.
• NOTE: Those in multiple Club Officer Roles will receive multiple training credits for all roles by attending this training event.
