Join us on Sunday, October 26th, 2025 for a valuable Train the Trainers, Round 2 session led by Shawn Gold, DTM of District 21.

Why attend?
Learn how to finesse your skills as a Trainer or instructor, create lesson plans catered to your Trainees and audience along with a chance to receive personal Trainer feedback unique to you as part of attending the session.
Who should attend?
Anyone looking to becoming a Trainer (within or outside of Toastmasters), instructors, Team leads, managers, project coordinators, HR practitioners, or anyone who supervises or mentors people in remote or in-person settings.

By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:

Apply techniques for delivering lesson plans that motivates learning outcomes

Practice giving and receiving feedback with peers via breakout rooms (includes delivery of your own personal Trainer evaluation results delivered to you from Shawn Gold, DTM post the training session)

Create a personal action plan for giving more effective virtual feedback
