11:30–11:45 a.m. — Breaking New Ground: Beginning Your Toastmasters Journey
Learn about how you can begin your Toastmasters membership journey. This section includes information about new member orientation opportunities, educational paths, speech contests and leadership opportunities within District 21 Toastmasters British Columbia & Yukon and beyond!

1:00–1:30 p.m. — Sign-in and registration for Round 2 Club Officer Training (COT)
Sign at the registration desk during this time for those attending Round 2 COT training only.
1:30–3:30 p.m. — Round 2 Club Officer Training (COT) All-in-One Format
Open to all current club officers, club executive teams and those interested in club officer roles in the near future. Format will be all-in-one style in-person.
3:30-4:00 p.m. — Closing Remarks and Final Networking
