District Council (DC) Meeting
District Council Meeting
This council meeting is a required business meeting to conduct District 21 business and approve the annual budget and confirm the appointment of District leaders. Voting by council meeting members is required.
Each Member Club is entitled to two (2) votes, and the club can determine whether the Club President or Vice President Education, holding two (2) votes, or both representatives, with one (1) vote each, will act as voting members of the District Council.
Council members must register for the meeting in advance.

- Club Presidents and Vice-Presidents of Education
- Area Directors
- Division Directors
- District Trio & Core team members
- Immediate Past District Directors
