Launch of the District 21 Club Success Network
The Club Success Network is not simply seven WhatsApp groups or a series of meetings. It is a district-wide leadership support system designed to help club officers succeed, strengthen clubs, improve the member experience, and develop future leaders.
Becoming a club officer is an exciting opportunity to lead, learn, and make a difference. But once the training is over and the year gets underway, questions inevitably arise.
This year, District 21 is launching the Club Success Network—a district-wide support system connecting all seven club officer roles with ideas, education, community, and help when they need it.
The network expands upon the successful model created last year for Vice Presidents Public Relations. Through a dedicated WhatsApp community and monthly Town Halls, VPPRs were able to ask questions, share resources, learn from one another, celebrate successes, and discover that they were not alone in their roles.
Now, that opportunity is expanding to Presidents, Vice Presidents Education, Vice Presidents Membership, Vice Presidents Public Relations, Secretaries, Treasurers, and Sergeants at Arms.
On July 30, club officers from across District 21 are invited to the all-in-one launch of the Club Success Network. Following a brief welcome and introduction, participants will move into seven role-specific breakout rooms. They will meet fellow officers, discuss the support they need, exchange ideas, learn about their WhatsApp community, and help shape what comes next.
The vision is simple but powerful: connected officers create stronger clubs—and stronger clubs create better experiences for every Toastmasters member.
The July 30 meeting is only the beginning. Through continued connection, practical education, shared experience, and peer support, the Club Success Network will help officers move from simply holding a position to confidently leading in it.
