The Club Success Network: Connecting Leaders, Strengthening Clubs
Something exciting is beginning in District 21—and every club officer is invited to be part of it.
The Club Success Network is a new district-wide community created to connect, support and inspire club officers throughout their leadership year. It brings together officers serving in the same roles so they can exchange ideas, find practical answers, share successes and learn from one another.
Imagine having a network of club officers across District 21 ready to share what is working in their clubs. A successful idea from one club can become the inspiration that helps many others thrive.
Connect, Learn and Grow Together
Club officer training gives you a strong foundation, but the learning doesn’t end there. As the year unfolds, new opportunities, questions and challenges will arise.
Through role-based WhatsApp communities, monthly Club Success Town Halls and shared resources, the Club Success Network gives you a place to continue learning throughout the year.
A VP Membership might discover a great guest follow-up process. A VP Education might find a creative way to increase meeting participation. A VPPR might gain new ideas for promoting the club. Presidents, Treasurers, Secretaries and Sergeants at Arms can all connect with others who understand their responsibilities and can offer practical experience.
Seven Roles—One Club Officer Team
While the network provides support for each of the seven officer roles, it also helps us see how those roles work together.
Strong clubs are created by officer teams that communicate, collaborate and share a common vision. Membership, education, public relations and club operations are all connected—and each officer plays an important part in the member experience.
The Club Success Network will help you grow in your role while strengthening the way your entire officer team works together.
